a) Contiguous US: Orders within the contiguous US will be shipped using FedEx or UPS. Delivery times usually range from 2-5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination and carrier's service.

b) International: For international orders, we will select the most suitable shipping carrier to deliver your package. Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the destination country and the carrier's service. Please note that customs procedures in the destination country may also affect delivery times. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of shipping.
 

Signature Requirement

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, all items will require a signature upon delivery. This helps prevent theft and ensures that your package reaches you safely. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all items are made to order and, in most cases, customized to your specific wishes. As a result, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for these items.
